Where this work takes you
You stop waiting to be noticed and start running a campaign: a written promotion case your manager can champion, sponsors who say your name in rooms you're not in, and visibility earned through the right work rather than more work. No promotion can be guaranteed — anyone who promises one is lying — but you'll finish with a case that's genuinely hard to ignore, and the skills to run the next campaign yourself.
This is a good fit if
- You've outgrown your role and can point to the evidence
- Your reviews say 'exceeds' but the promotion conversations go nowhere
- You're six to twelve months from a promotion window and want to run at it properly
- You'd rather be promoted where you are than interview your way out — or at least find out which it is

- You want someone to hand you answers — I'll build the case with you, line by line, but you'll be the one making it
- The promotion window is next week — a campaign needs a runway, and honest coaching won't pretend otherwise
How it unfolds

Month one: position
A 360° feedback debrief, a hard look at how you're currently seen, and the gap between that and the level above. Then we choose the story we're going to make undeniable.

Month two: campaign
Sponsors mapped and approached, visibility moves scheduled, and the promotion case drafted — co-written, evidenced, and stress-tested against the actual criteria.

Month three: the ask
Rehearse the conversation, land the case, negotiate the package. If the answer is 'not yet', we turn it into a dated plan rather than a shrug.

What's the time commitment?
A weekly session plus the campaign work between them — realistically two to three hours a week. It's a campaign, not a hobby; that's also why it works.
Can you guarantee a promotion?
No — and run from anyone who says otherwise. What I can promise is a case built on evidence, conversations rehearsed until they're easy, and a plan B that doesn't depend on anyone's mood.
What if my employer is paying?
Common and welcome. We agree upfront exactly what gets shared — attendance and themes at most, session content never — and you see anything before they do.
