It starts with an application

Not because coaching is a club — because the work only works when the fit is right. Tell me where you are, where you're headed and what's standing in the way. Ten minutes, no essay, and I read every application myself.

This is for you if

You have a concrete target — a role, a promotion, a room you need to own — not a vague wish to 'be better'
You'll do the work between sessions; the drills are where the change actually happens
You want honest feedback more than you want comfortable feedback
You can commit to a full programme — six weeks to six months, depending on the fight you pick
You're ready to start within the next couple of months

What happens after you apply

I read your application personally and reply within two working days
If it looks like a fit, we book a free 30-minute call — you ask anything, I sketch the plan I'd propose
If I'm not the right coach for this, I'll say so plainly and point you somewhere better
Nothing is booked or charged until we've spoken and you've slept on it
