Interview Sprint
You're good at the job and average at the audition. The CV gets you in the room, then the room takes over: rambling answers, blanks on questions you knew were coming, and the drive home spent composing everything you should have said.

Where this work takes you
By the final week, the interview is the easy part. You'll have answers with structure, proof and a point; a story that survives 'tell me about yourself'; and enough recorded reps that the real thing feels like one more run-through. Then a negotiation script, so the strongest moment of the process doesn't go to waste.
This is a good fit if
- You have live applications or interviews on the horizon in the next couple of months
- You keep reaching final rounds and losing to someone 'more polished'
- You're returning to interviews after years off the market and the format has changed on you
- You'd rather rehearse hard now than improvise under pressure later
It's not the right fit if
- You want someone to hand you scripted answers — canned lines collapse under the first follow-up question, and interviewers spot them a mile off
- You're not actually applying yet — the Sprint runs on real job specs, so come back when there's a live role on the table
How it unfolds
-
Week one: the audit
A recorded baseline interview against the real job spec. We watch it back together — brief, uncomfortable, and the fastest diagnostic there is.
-
Weeks two to four: rebuild
Answer architecture, an evidence bank of your best stories, delivery drills. Every session recorded; every answer restructured until it lands.
-
Week five: full dress rehearsal
A complete mock against a cold interviewer brief — new questions, real pressure, written feedback within 24 hours.
-
Week six: the offer stage
Negotiation preparation and your salary script, rehearsed out loud — because the deal isn't done when they say yes.
Every session includes
- Weekly 1:1 sessions
- Email support between sessions
- Recorded practice with playback
- Written feedback within 24 hours
- Salary negotiation script for the offer stage

Four final-round rejections before the Sprint; an offer in week five of it. The difference wasn't luck — I could feel the room change.
It starts with an application
Not because coaching is a club — because the work only works when the fit is right. Tell me where you are, where you're headed and what's standing in the way. Ten minutes, no essay, and I read every application myself.

Asked before booking
What's the time commitment?
One session a week, plus 60–90 minutes of drills between them. If a live interview lands mid-programme, we flex the plan around it — that's the point of it.
Do I need a live interview booked to start?
No, but you need live applications. The Sprint works best under real conditions — a real job spec beats a hypothetical one every time.
Can we do the whole thing over video?
Yes — about half my clients I've never met in person. For interview practice, video is arguably better: most interviews happen there now anyway.
